Stayed in a suite #47 second floor, ocean view with large semi private balcony that was very spacious. Big, clean pool with many lounge chairs, umbrellas, table/chairs. Grounds were very clean and well maintained. Horseshoe shaped building with pool in middle and grass all around. Hotel was ocean front only steps away. Our stay was 2 nights and we enjoyed the hotel location and accommodations BUT our neighbor was loud, foul mouth, kept us up until 3 AM 1st night and 12:30 AM 2nd night. Not fault of hotel but made for vac with little sleep.

The stay at Friendship Oceanfront Suites was magnificent. The room was clean and the staff were accommodating. What really set this reservation above the rest was the morning muffins they provided. As a muffin conesuar I was skeptical about there complimentary muffins. As my fellow muffin peers know, a good muffin is a great way to start the day. The muffins provided a great aroma walking into the front office at 9am. The mouthwatering smell of muffins permeated the air. The variety of flavors offered was impressive, ranging from classic blueberry to more adventurous options like chocolate chip. The muffins were fresh and you can taste the quality in each bite. They are perfectly moist, fluffy, and not overly sweet, striking a wonderful balance that allows the flavors to shine. The ingredients are high-quality, often organic, and you can tell they prioritize sustainability, which adds to the appeal. The muffins tickled my senses and allowed me to start the morning on a good foot. It was easy to consume the muffins with their complimentary coffee and water. The water was crisp and refreshing. We will definitely be back again!

Room is good size with plenty of sleep space, they even provided a pack-n-play for my baby. Very clean and great upkeep throughout the pool, play area and parking lot. Love that there are grills onsite! Quick response from the office when we needed something, will definitely have to stay here again!!
