Escape to Old Orchard’s premier destination with this stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1,196 square foot condo, offering beautiful ocean views! The oversized deck overlooks the ocean, providing the perfect setting for enjoying the sights and sounds of Old Orchard Beach. Away from the pier and the amusement park this unit is one of the quietest available. This fully furnished unit comfortably sleeps 6, and comes equipped with central heat and A/C, plus a great cross-breeze from windows on both sides of the unit.

Inside, you’ll find granite countertops, hard wood flooring, and spacious closets throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes service for 6, a coffee maker, blender, ice bucket, barware, and even a lobster pot. Additional conveniences include a washer/dryer, ironing board, iron, and hairdryer.

For your relaxation, the Grand Victorian offers fantastic amenities including a pool, sauna, and fitness center. The rental includes two parking spaces—one on-site and one in a nearby lot.

Enjoy exciting events throughout the summer, including weekly concerts in Town Square, free shows from Capricorn Productions every Monday and Tuesday, and Thursday night fireworks on the beach next to The Pier. Great location

Condo really well located near everything (shops, restaurants, beach and amusement park) with a parking access.The place was also clean and lot of basics stuffs provided for our stay which we did not need to bring with us.The location made the trip a lot more easier with young kids.
