Our room was nice with an ocean view. For the sunrise each morning, we just had to walk out the door to view it. The stovetop and pan came in handy for heating up leftovers. It was great to be able to walk a very short distance to get to the beach.

First room had a large area of old urine stains on the wall by the toilet. It smelled. The kitchen table was broken and wobbly and pinched my daughter’s finger. The stairs to the second floor were very rickety. The heavy door wall screen with metal sections fell on me when I opened it. Staff tried to help and offered a second and third room, both of which had several water damage stains and a strong mold smell. We were in the second room maybe 20 minutes and all of us felt sick and when we went outside, my hair reeked of mold. The beach was lovely, but we were unable to stay due to the health and safety issues. They didn’t fight us on the refund at least. Place was seriously gross though and not worth what they were charging regardless of the beach location. We were given rooms 63, 56, and 69. Walls felt like walls in a mobile home and the ceiling was drop down with tiles. They are also clearly enhancing the photos of their rooms on their website. For example, all three rooms I saw had the old, discolored, drop down ceiling tiles (many of them stained), but in the photos they are clean and bright white.

We had a great time last Kebek 3. Great location, well stocked and clean rooms, and an incredible view. We could even see the Thursday night fireworks from our deck! The pool at the Edgewater was a great bonus. Will definitely return.

This little motel is a gem! We loved the location, how clean the property was and the staff was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. Room was the perfect size, and ocean view.

Staff was great checking in, very friendly and informative. Nice room. Seemed small no more than 4 people would be comfortable. Felt old needs a little updates. Our tub was cracked, did bring it to front desk they said maintence would look at it. They never came. Loved the full fridge, coffe pot, microwave and toaster. Could use a few more pots and a can opener. Other than that fully functional kitchen ( bring dish soap). They had 2 community grills didnt use, but saw others used them. Close access to beach and what a view! The only down side was you can hear everything through walls and ceiling. People walking or moving chairs. All the time no matter time of day or night. Also smoking was an issue. Supposedly a smoke free place, but I guess some people don't follow the rules. We were always smelling and seeing the smokers. Had to close our door so it wouldn't get inside. Parking is very tight. All in all was a very nice equipped place and walkable to attractions.
