There is a kettle, microwave, tableware and no toiletries, but that wasn't a problem as we had our own. "Room was of ample size, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly on arrival and very helpful when an issue arose with the shower which was quickly resolved by maintenance staff. Superb bed and pillows led to a great night’s sleep. Nice buffet style breakfast although a greater selection of pastries and breads would be appreciated."

"The location on the outskirts of Waterford is ideal for outings to e.g. the Copper Coast drive or to Mount Congreve Gardens. The hotel is clean, modern and very stylish. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. My evening meals in the restaurant were very good. My only critical observation would be that perhaps the waiters could be a little more courteous. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Waterford."

"Beautiful hotel with very, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. We had their most basic room for our 1 night stay and it was perfectly cosy and opulent. I loved the bath with bath salt, the bvlgari soap, and the pool was great as well. Breakfast was buffet and order from the table. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day!"
