“We came to visit Brown University, and this place was absolutely perfect in terms of location. The room was spacious and spotless, with everything we needed in both the kitchen and bedroom. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We've already booked it again for Brown's summer program. Highly recommended!”

“The quilts are not soft enough. When I turn on the bed, the sound of the quilts comes. The door of the room hits the closet door and the bathroom door. Bad design.👎 Generally it is a good hotel.”

“Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise……

“Questionable bathroom cleanness, toilet paper outside the bathroom stalls, stall did not shut/lock, no contact from staff after checkin, suspected non-guest sleeping on couchs in common area, batteries missing in smoke detector, windows not fully shut and couldn't be shut.”

“The room was boiling hot, the sheets and entirety of the room were dirty, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I came back to the building around 10:30 at night and had gotten locked out of the building and with no proper explanation I was told that I couldn’t come back in to at least get my things until check out time in the morning. When I called, the staff member on the phone had accused me of sneaking people in when I was barely ever even in the room, I only used it to store my things……

“the room i stayed in (27) smelled VERY strongly of pee. the service was okay but the attendant was a bit rude at check in if you care. the temp in the room was set at 80 and couldn’t be changed, and i had to run an air conditioning unit at full blast to feel normal in the room, which felt pretty unsafe as it’s all on ground floor and someone definitely could have gotten in by taking out the unit from the outside. the furniture was well worn and i found hair and debris in the bedding. for what it……
