"Stayed here Monday to Friday and from beginning to end this was a phenomenal stay. The staff were great and courteous always with a smile on their faces. The location is truly great. On checkin I asked to be put on the highest room and they were happy to oblige and the view all over Innsbruck was unreal. The bar and food area on the 12th floor is really nice and clean and the staff there were the best. The prices of the food and drinks is cheaper than you would think from a hotel of this calibre. I’ve stayed in hotels all over Innsbruck over the past few years and this is hands down the best. I was with colleagues in other hotels and this visit has convinced them to move over to use this hotel as a base going forward. Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay."

"This was a great location! Very clean and and wondferful breakfast! Best breakfast of our trip! Staff were very friendly and very helpful! The only negative thing we could say is that the room was very small but it did accommodate all four of us cousins! Would definitely stay there again! "
