When i finally got in touch with a person to verify my booking (because i had ZERO emails/info from the place beyond my expedia confirmation) she could not be bothered. We had to find the place using google maps, and once we finally did find it had to call a number then wait for a guy in the street while he came to check us in. 「The location was the saving feature of our stay. The apartment is located in the old town in a quiet area. The apartment appears nice enough but our bed wasn’t made when we finally checked in. We had ask to check in early (1pm) but left waiting until 3pm outside until a message with the door code was received. Other issues or questions ignored by the WhatsApp contact- no human on site. (E.g no light bulb in the room/ do we get more loo roll on a 6 night stay?!). As someone else said 3 months...

「Ich weiss gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll, Die Unterkunft war absolut schrecklich! Das Zimmer entsprach nicht unserer Buchung und die Bilder entsprechen auch niemals der Realität. Es ist alles abgenutzt und nicht sauber. Das Kissen war steinhart, da es einfach in einen zu kleinen Bezug gestopft wurde. Nach Rückfrage wurde einfach erklärt, dass es keine weiteren Kissen gibt!! Im Schrank lag noch ein Kissen welches sehr dreckig war. Das W-LAN war ständig unterbrochen, wir sollten den Router ein und...

「Directions to get to the place were good. However, entrance then lots of steps. NO Towels, NO toiletries, half-used toilet paper only, Not a single glass or cup. Lights burnt out. Bathroom is a disaster, SO tiny and cramped! Host communicated through WhatsApp but took a long time to get back to us. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all!」
