“The room was clean and staff were very nice. However, bringing luggage and belongings in on a cart is extremely difficult. The hallway to the elevator is very narrow, it has a last minute turn before the elevator door and then the elevator itself is small. There’s not enough room for anyone or anything else if you’re taking a cart to the elevator. It’s a very poor design. It might be easier to just take a couple trips without the cart. “I liked that we had a nice clean room with a microwave and refrigerator. My disappointment was that there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room. We had a singer that woke us up in the morning so the rooms weren’t soundproof. The room was fine. I just think more soundproofing and a coffee maker would have made it better.”
