Stain on Towel
The service and condition of the hotel are very good. Except there was black stain (looks like mold stain) and yellow dots on the towel. It is totally unacceptable in such a high ranking hotel.

Convenient Location
The room I booked were 2 double bed. It ended up 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The window could not shut tightly. There were machine running noise throughout all night from the neighbour construction site.

Comfy stay, clean and great convenient location !
A nice stay with my family in this 2-bedroom apartment suite. The rooms were clean and warm when we checked in. The location was a stone away from the Chinatown . 10-15 min walk to the Xmas market and all the other main shopping area. Front desk staff were helpful .but limited reception operating ...
