"There was construction being done in the lobby area to much noise so did not stay "

"We checked in pretty late and checked out early the following day so we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities unfortunately, however the view to the courtyard and pool was nice. The room was fair but could’ve been clean a little more (residue on the headboards and hair in the bathroom). Upon our arrival, there was only one attendant on site with a long line of people and multiple phone calls coming in, I felt for the attendant because she seemed frustrated and overwhelmed. Before checking out one housekeeper barged into our room and another knocked on our door on a separate occasion. Other than this, our short stay was decent. "

"Had nothing but bad experiences, from Day 1, my internet wasn’t working and I had to work from my laptop, I asked if I could get high speed and I will pay, they said no they were working on having better WiFi, I was there for 5 days, I also told them I had a bad knee and didn’t want to do stairs since they don’t have elevators, and they gave me underground with a lot of stairs, i called them again because i had missed a day from work and they said IT was going to call me and see if they could fix the issue, IT called me until the next day and said there was nothing they could do, the underground room was probably the problem, I finally went to the office because I didn’t want to miss another day of work, since my kids were in spring break I wanted them to have a good time while I worked 2 days in my lap top, they moved me the last day, after I had asked since the beginning, I also had to look for a coffee shop to get WiFi and work from there, I didn’t think that was fair for my kids or me, I should’ve investigated more the location of the resort since everything was far away, like grocery, coffee shops and restaurants, will never stay here sgain"

"The hotel is in serious need of general maintenance, drywall patches painted brfore they were sanded, grounds unkempt, walkways in need of pressure washing, mattress were wornout spring mattress on top of a plywood box. The place needs help."

"Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean room. The air didn't work in our room, but we had a nice outdoor breeze, so we didn't worry about it. I did inform the staff when checking out. The food at the cantina is a bit bland and pricey, but convenient. All in all a good stay. "

"Beyond gross , the sheets smells used. Our deadbolt was broken and the manager said they couldn’t move us because they were sold out . We looked online for a room and that was a lie. We didn’t make a huge deal about it we decided to tough it out over night. In the morning we woke up to massive cockroaches on the walls !!!! Manager refused to refund !!!!"
