Mixed Experience at La Quinta
Our stay at La Quinta had its ups and downs. Check-in was frustrating at first—the staff couldn't locate our reservation despite receiving an "easy check-in" text just an hour before arrival. After a wait, they did find it, but it wasn't the best way to kick off our visit.
The room itself had a few issues. It was damp and smelled strongly of cleaning products, so we had to air it out and run the dehumidifier for the entire three-day stay. Some basic amenities were lacking: light bulbs were out, wall outlets didn’t work for charging devices, bath products weren’t restocked, and the hair dryer was barely functional.
On the bright side, the hot breakfast served every morning was a highlight. It definitely helped compensate for what the room lacked and gave us something to look forward to each day.
Overall, the hotel has potential but could benefit from more attention to detail and consistency in guest experience.
