Nice hotel to stay st

I want to start by saying it wasn’t the entire staff. The staff during the day were very helpful and attentive. I was placed in a room where the AC wasn’t working. When i got in at 11pm i called the front desk and I was told someone would come up to fix the issue. I waited an hour and called back and got no answer the rest of the night. I was forced to sleep in the heat with my fiancee. The morning staff sent an engineer up and he couldn’t fix the issue . We were moved to a new room. All I received was an apology. i emailed the hotel personally about the issue with no response. I believe this is unacceptable. I paid for nights and received 1 comfortable night. I want to be reimbursed or deducted for 1 night.

We stayed for a weekend and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. Very clean and staff is super friendly and very helpful. Best part of this hotel is location. You’re a step away from everything.
