“Property is gorgeous, comfortable, and in nature. There were deer on the front lawn and we even saw beers passing by behind. Amazing! We were there through some bad weather and the house was cosy and warm - and prepped for our comfort on arrival which made all the difference.We spent a day hiking in Minnewaska Nature Park which was beautiful and just down the road.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house in the woods. I booked it so my sister—visiting from abroad—could experience New York’s fall, and the location was perfect for apple picking, Minnewaska trails, and Mohonk Mountain House.The home felt like a peaceful retreat in the middle of the forest, yet had all the modern comforts. “Matt is great! If I needed anything he was so easy to reach! His cottage is adorably decorated - perfect balance of contemporary and rustic. It is very cozy and comfortable. It is also very functional - he thought of everything to ensure you enjoy your stay. The location is convenient to great hiking and stores. The house backs up to woods so the setting is peaceful. So many historic towns nearby. I wished I stayed longer but I will be back!”

“Serg’s place was comfortable and clean! It was a perfect location for me and my friends to stay while rock climbing in the Gunks. We did not feel cramped or unsafe and the complementary tea was a hit! One thing to note is that both of the beds were low to the ground (below knee level) so if someone has knee or back problems, it might be difficult to stand up out of bed. ”
