Chalet "Dauphin", 3 storeys, surrounded by trees. Above Villars, in the district of La Résidence, in a sunny position in the residential district, south facing position. In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 1.3 km, grocery 1.1 km, restaurant 1.4 km, bar 12.4 km, café 1.2 km, bus stop 1.2 km, railway station "Villars-sur-Ollon" 2 km, thermal baths "Lavey-les-bains" 19 km. Sports harbour 25 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, indoor tennis centre 2.2 km, sports centre 2.2 km, mountain railway 2.2 km, gondola lift 1.2 km, ski bus stop 1.2 km, ski school 1.7 km, children's ski school 1.7 km, ice rink 1.8 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Free ski bus service to the ski region Villars.

Small balcony 10 m2, east facing position and south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
