「El apartamento estaba limpio y la atención de recepción muy buena, hasta nos dejaron detalle de bienvenida para el desayuno.
Lo que no me gustó es que el agua caliente de la ducha se iba y venía, y que el grifo del baño no iba muy bien」

「Well equipped villa - although the coffee machine and dishwasher were not functioning (despite the assistance of owner). A/C works very well. Owner should provide better info on how to use équipement at check in (or post on équipement) offer a start basket (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc). 「We had some really relaxing days in the well equipped and clean house with enough space for our family. Days went by at the beach or just reading a book at the pool or hiking through the nearby Macchia - it‘s definitely worth a visit! The small town Stintino still preserves Italian life. Best pizza at the Regatta Bar - children loved it!We surely come again!」

「We extended our stay by three days as we liked the city so much but I had a medical emergency and am in hospital for 4 days. They have let us stay in the apartment until 6 pm as our flight is very late. It was so easy dealing with them and pleasant. We will come back .」

「Wir (Familien mit 2 Kinder 107)waren 1 Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist super Ruhig, ca 10 Autominuten vom nächsten Strand entfernt. Das Häuschen hat zwei große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem frisch renovierten Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, zwei überdachte Terrassen mit einem Grillplatz. Am Pool gibt es 4 liegen !!!!! Die Vermieterin kann nur italienisch aber mit Google Übersetzer klappt die Kommunikation super ! Leider hat das Haus keine Klimaanlage sondern nur Ventilatoren. Wir würden das...

「Péssima. O anfitrião não enviou atempadamente o código para fazermos o check in. Quando enviou entrámos no apartamento e verificámos que tinha sido usado e não foi limpo. O anfitrião nunca respondeu a chamadas telefónicas ou a mensagens e o apartamento nunca foi limpo. Passámos as férias num apartamento sujo e sem roupa de cama e de banho. adicionalmente não temos fatura do apartamento pois não conseguimos que nos responda a mensagens.」
