“Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer……

“großzügiges, komfortables Zimmer und Bad, gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber, nette Dekoration, keine störenden Geräusche, .., wir waren sehr zufrieden”

“There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and nice icrecream shop nearby. Direct bus to the city of Bolzano was also convenient, Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely choose to come back next time.”

“房間很大且整潔，早餐豐富，服務態度很好。酒店的spa十分好。位置適合自駕遊。”

“Beautiful hotel. Stunning location. Great pool area lovely terrace for breakfast. Staff were attentive especially Leonie on reception who was very patient with our poor German. She gave lots of useful information and directed when we needed help”

“Wir haben uns in diesem für die Gegend typischen aber sehr gepflegten Gästehaus wohlgefühlt. Die Möglichkeit, sich Nachmittags Kaffee oder Tee machen und im Garten genießen zu können, fanden wir besonders gut. Das Frühstück überzeugt durch engagiertes Personal, aber die Auswahl ist übersichtlich (es gibt keine heißen Optionen außer der gekochten Eier). Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt.”

“Just an amazing resort. All exceeded expectations breakfast, room, pool area, lake beach and fitness room. Can’t wait to go back . Fredrik”

“Absolutely amazing hotel, I’m currently solo traveling Europe right now and my destination was the Dolomites, I booked this one because the price was unbeatable, at first I thought the hotel might not be as good because it was so cheap. But it was genuinely insane, the room was massive, the balcony was insane, I had a view of the big church clock and also vineyards. The staff was super helpful and if you’re like me solo traveling they give you free breakfast and free bus and train tickets which……
