Wir haben eine genussreiche Urlaubswoche im Elsass verbracht. Einen großen Teil hat die wundervoll ausgestaltete Gite de la cour pavée von Aude und Gerard dazu beigetragen. Sehr angenehme Gastgeber, dezent im Hintergrund, aber sofort bei der Hand, wenn sie gebraucht werden. Wir haben einen köstlichen Coque au vin in der Gite genossen, zubereitet von Gerard.Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.
