「My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Catch a Wave! The cottage is thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We grilled, took advantage of the hot tub and fire table, and delighted in the comfy bed! Catch a Wave is positioned for privacy and while we had close neighbors, we felt tucked away in the woods. Our dogs enjoyed the amenities meant just for them, and the fenced backyard was a huge bonus. We would 100% recommend and will stay again! 」

「Beautiful historical hotel, the rooms were comfortable, the bed too and we liked the vintage style fridge. Because this is a historical building the walls are very thin and you can hear everything! I'd give it a higher rating but the thin walls were an annoyance. Also, no AC in the unit.」

「This little off grid cabin was out in the woods and we loved it. It was so peaceful and quiet. We had zero problems with it being off grid. We were mindful of the electricity we used tho. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, but as stated it was due to water stains from before a filter install. The property manager was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again to escape the world for a few days. Plus it was real close to town and the beach. The rainforest was about an hour...

「My daughter and I did an overnight to celebrate her being home from college for the summer. The property is beautiful and only 20 minutes from Port Angeles. The tree Haus is cozy and the outdoor kitchen and hot tub were so fun to use. The host came on property to meet us to resolve some unforeseen issues with our accommodations. She was kind and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at this property.」

「We came to “Life is Good” to celebrate a wedding anniversary, and it was great. Clean, quiet, comfortable, everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub, sitting on the deck, and walking on the beach. Our dog had a great time too. 」

「This cabin property was in a great location. We were able to easily get to all of the great areas of Olympic National Park and enjoy a fire at the house in the evenings. It’s close to Port Angeles so there were good food options there. Overall, we were happy with our stay at this property. 」

「The place was very thoughtfully put together with little finishing touches. The outside area was gorgeous on the river, with the hot tub and seating areas. It was a perfect place to end the day after visiting Olympic. 」

「Prior to arrival, I was a little worried that the cabin might be too small for a family of four and a dog. It turned out that it was more spacious than the photos showed and perfect with everything we needed and beyond. We had a wonderful stay. 」

"It was beautiful right next to the beach. Front desk staff were super nice! The only thing I have to complain about is the housekeeping. It was around 9:30AM when the housekeeper knocked and scanned her card without waiting for a response from us. She tried to come in and I screamed “ someone’s still in here” and she left. I didn’t care about it the first time but she came AGAIN in half an hour or so and tried to come in again. It would been a pleasant stay if the housekeeper was well managed and let them know which rooms are empty and not. Overall it was a good experience as for the location. "
