"This hotel is a Marriott and should be a premium hotel but,was the complete opposite. It was so outdated and need of repairs. I do not recommend this hotel at all and the Marriott company should be embarrassed to offer this hotel to the public. For the same rate we left the Marriott after the first night and walked down the street to the Fullerton Hotel and it was the complete opposite. The Marriott should take notice. "

"Check in experience was very poor. And we were given an accessible room when we didn’t request one. The bathroom therefore was not at a standard we would expect from a hotel of this price. And the room lighting was awful"

"Room was smelly but linen/towel were change everyday and bathroom were properly kept and clean . Cleaning staff were good at this."

"Really can't say anything bad. Location was fantastic. We could walk to everything -even the port to get on our cruise ship. Room very large & clean with all the amenities. View from the 22nd floor was just amazing! The staff was very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was really good with everything you could think of. Only small issues were very few channels on the TV and there was a bottle of wine on the table which we didn't know was complimentary. Putting a small note on it would have really helped. Also complimentary water would have been nice. "
