One Bedroom Condo #219 offers:
- Approximately 690 square feet with a spacious living space, one bedroom, full-size kitchen and bathroom.
- The bedroom has a queen bed.
- The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, coffee table, TV and DVD player.
- The dining area seats 4 people. Two additional seats at the breakfast bar.
- The full-size kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, cooking utensils, stove top and oven.
- A full bathroom with two separate entrances and an oversized bathtub.
- The one bedroom condominium accommodates up to 4 people.

After a day of exploring all that Olympic Valley has to offer, return to your comfortable one-bedroom condominium with ski-in/ski-out convenience. As a vacation rental guest, you have access to recharge your muscles at Palisade Tahoe’s on-site hot tubs, sauna, or steam room. Retreat with loved ones in your spacious living room for après ski or movie night!

This one-bedroom vacation rental at Palisades Tahoe has every amenity for your year-round mountain escape with a full-size kitchen with black granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, four-burner stovetop and oven, microwave, coffee maker and cookware.

There is a newly updated full-size bathroom configured with dual sinks and a shower oversized bathtub combo. Enjoy the bonus of privacy with the bedroom sleeping space tucked away by a sliding door, featuring a plush queen size bed. The comfy living room and dining area offer soft seating for up to four guests and sleeping space up to four with the sleeper sofa located in the living area. There are two additional seats at the breakfast bar.

With 18 hiking trails in scenic Olympic Valley, a biking trail that traverses through the valley and along the Truckee River to Lake Tahoe (or the other direction into Downtown Truckee), and the Village at Palisades Tahoe just a quick stroll away with shopping, dining and year-round entertainment, there are endless adventures that await you here. Winter, summer, fall or spring. Water or land. You can have the best of both worlds and a cozy place to land at your one-bedroom Palisades Tahoe Lodge vacation rental.

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.

False Advertising - Repairs Needed

The location was great. We loved being at Palisades and the ability to ski in / out near the lifts and shops. However this specific unit was needy of repair. It is advertised as having a newly renovated kitchen and this was clearly not true. Lights didn't work in bedroom. Lights didn't work living room. Microwave didn't work and they had to bring in a second microwave. Dishwasher had missing/ faulty parts. Toilet was running and a handyman came but couldn't fix it. The pull out bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable. I would not return.
