"Rommet vi hadde var stort, men sengene var helt forferdelig å sove på. Madrassene og putene var veldig tynne. Onsen var fin, men for noen som ikke har prøvd en onsen før var det litt vanskelig å vite hvordan man skulle følge reglene. Frokosten var flott presentert og satt opp, men smakte ikke all verdens. "Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."

I was able to reduce the expense for a night to c. $55 by using Expedia credits equal to $30, but if I didn’t have it, I would recommend to stay another one. Far from the center of Matsumoto Nothing was around the property Nothing would be provided to kids, such as amenities, welcoming tea and snacks, basically.
