Central location, easy to find, coffee shop near by. Comfortable bed and temperature. Carpets stained in some places and shower not clean looking. Certain features need replacement or maintenance, like the elevators and drapes. Breakfast area needs to be cleaned multiple times from 6-9 am people can be messy.

Started by giving us keys to a room that was occupied by three people, unlock the door and there were three people in the room already. The next room had paint all over the walls. Furniture floor carpet was dirty. Toilet seat was broken. We were put in a suite and that was what the suite was bedroom, two bathrooms and living room paint all over everything tried it on the carpet curtains, etc..

The elevator smelled of cigarette smoke. The carpet was frayed and ancient. Out bath tub had chips in the porcelain. The plugin in the bathroom didn’t work. The facility absolutely did not match the rating on the Expedia site. Very disappointing.

The place was affordable, clean, and the beds were comfy. The place does need a bit of help. The fridge and sink were splattered with paint. The water in the shower does not drain while showering until the water is turned off.

Pictures don’t fit the real thing. Very outdated and rooms not very clean. Only 2 towels in the room and none at the pool. We stopped at the desk and asked for more towels, the gentleman was kind and brought us 4 small pool towels and 1 towel said they were in the dryer, asked for room # and said would send some up in about 30 minutes. They never came so in the morning stopped at desk to request towels and the lady said they were washing, she never checked nothing. My son said to be careful taking our things home because he had 2 roaches crawl across him. My husband found what appeared to be a bed bug.

Staff was amazing... Room could of been in a little better shape drywall damage by hot tub in the room. ..no heat or regular lights above. They where burnt out. Others Wise I enjoyed my stay and will stay again when need a special night out ..
