On the day of check in I had called this hotel to let them know we would be arriving later than check-in time. The front desk worker told me this was fine and would still be expecting us. When we get there, get checked in and get up to our room we noticed that the couch wasn’t a sofa bed. We had 6 people who needed beds and the room only had 2 beds. We reserved a room with 2 beds plus a sofa bed. When I went down to the front desk to the issue resolved the lady at the front desk said that she didn’t even know why the listing was on Expedia because they don’t even have that configuration. Then proceeded to tell me that the room I was supposed to have was put under maintenance that morning (which she said nothing of earlier when I called) and so they “upgraded” me to the manager’s suite. Which had only 2 beds and no sofa bed. I asked how that was an “upgrade” and she said “because it has a walk in closet and more floor space.” I told her that I have 6 people who need beds not a walk in closet, so I need a room with a sofa bed. She just kept pushing the fact that my room was “upgraded.” When I asked for roll away beds and extra bedding to make pallets (on the dirty floors) she told me that they don’t have those things. So I then asked what my options were. She said since I needed a sofa bed then I could either be moved to a room with 1 regular bed and 1 sofa bed or I could just leave the hotel altogether. She gave us a list of other hotels which were unhelpful in getting us the
