The breakfast is always good! My first night I could hear the washing machine running from 8 p.m. 140 a.m. but it is what it is. The laundry has to get done. Comfy beds and nice staff as always!

Room phone didn’t work, getting linens for our pull out couch was almost impossible, the morning of our departure (we only stayed one night) we noticed ants all over the wall by the desk and crawling on the desk, pool was ice cold, the shower head sprayed in about 80 different directions, and the people directly above us seems to be running laps in their room until about midnight. Dove amenities are nice per usual in a holiday inn, and we don’t normally expect much for the price but this was by far the worst stay anywhere I’ve ever had.

They post they are dog friendly and then now have a charge for our dog. We have been staying here for years and had a deposit but was lifted once the room was reviewed and found to be no damage. Now they have a $75 deposit and keep $50 for a new fee. Was not advised of this charge as we knew nothing about it until i inquired after our trip. I was told that I was not advised of this charge nor asked to sign anything as i did not tell them we had a dog..... never had to before! We literally walked past the gentleman at the front desk with in 5 minutes of me checking us in, he saw our little dog and at numerous times as we were in and out with him and still no advisement to an animal charge, why. To say the least I don't think this is right and I really doubt that since this NEW CHARGE FOR A PET IS IN PLACE adding an additional $50 to my stay that we will be using this business in the future!! I am sure that we are not the only ones who had this issue. Unhappy customer Steve Wascher

There wasn't any house keeping for all 4 of our days we stayed. The hotel needs to be renovated. The front desk lady was so sweet but the stay in itself was not. I won't be booking there again.

all in all everything was good, what was most annoying was how loud the cleaning staff were in the morning in the hallway while cleaning other rooms. and the noise started at 8 am. even if i had a do not disturb sign on my door.

Clean room but dated, drain in sink broke, black mold on ceiling in bathroom. WiFi is very slow when you can connect then comes and goes. Coffee pots broke down, juice machine broke down.

There were several spots on the walls in the bathroom that looked like water damage. The pool area was out of towels. There was hardly any breakfast when we got there at 8am, which is supposed to go til 930am. When asked if they were refilling the pancake mix or biscuits and gravy, they said no. Not many options for breakfast other than eggs, bakery items, sausage, and cereal. The outside door by the stairs right to our room didn't have the fob to be able to open the door. People were propping that door open for random people to come in and out also.
