Super cute hotel. Very nice rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Only complaint is the door would not shut or lock, you had to mess with it for awhile for it to finally shut and lock. The lock on the inside was broke off. Other than that, great stay!

It was a really good hotel especially for traveling the price was great the staff was pretty friendly and welcoming and the hotel was very clean and organized if I ever come back to visit this hotels gonna be my go to option

Customer service was good. The room had no shampoo, lotion, toilet paper or enough towels. Front receiptionis said that they were making some changes to the room 🤔. I have to think 3 times to pick this hotel again. Maybe if it had free breakfast and inside pool.

This My Place location shares a parking lot with The Island Bar & Grill. They had karaoke, my Sweetie's hobby! It was easy to find, the elevator was dandy. The only source for ice in the motel was the icemaker in the room refrigerator. Ours produced only 6 ice cubes during our stay. We were offered a room change, but had already moved in. We would stay here again. It was clean and comfy without being overly snazzy.

When we checked in it was late and we were tired . When we pulled the covers back to go to bed it was obvious the sheets had been slept in. They were wrinkled with hair in the bed and what appeared to be sand or pepper? Staff brought us clean sheets which we changed ourselves. They also brought towels. When we got up in the morning there was no shower curtain. There was a drain in the middle of the floor so we thought maybe this was on purpose so we showered without the curtain. What a mess. When we checked out we we’re told there should have been a shower curtain. We didn’t ask and no one offered to adjust our room rate for the multiple inconveniences.

When we got into the room it had not been completely cleaned. The desk clerk handled it swiftly, apologized and got us a room that was ready. The bed and linens were comfortable and location was quiet.

Pillows smelled like they haven’t been washed in months. Floors were sticky. Room had a funky smell to it. Not a terrible place to stay. I did sleep well. However these issues need to be addressed and it would make the place better.

Great customer service. I was traveling with a friend and the front desk worked to get us rooms that were close together. I had an issue with my tv/remote and Phoenix was quick to fix the problem. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

This is our first stay at a MyPlace hotel. Typically, extended stay hotels can get shabby, smelling of stale food and spilled alcohol, but this property is in excellent condition. The clerk at the front desk was very personable and efficient. Our room was extremely clean and tastefully furnished. It felt very much like home the minute we walked in. Big thumbs up for the carpeting, flooring, and bathroom. WiFi is strong. Easy access to I-80 and a Starbucks. Wish we could stay longer.
