Completely renovated by a local custom home builder, this home boots top-notch design and use of space. Designed with the VRBO experience in mind and an open concept in a terrific location.

Short 5-7min Uber drive anywhere: event center, Downtown, Zoo, TD Ameritrade Park, CHI Health Center, Baxter Arena, airport, Midtown, Blackstone, Dundee, Children's Hospital, UNMC, UNO, Creighton, Aksarben, and more! 2-minute drive to the interstate in any direction.

Open concept space with privacy distribution; one bedroom with a queen-size bed with curtain partitions in the main floor and another queen size bed up above in loft; very comfortable beds and linens with extra pillows and blankets for the ultimate relaxing stay. A kitchen bigger than most homes for the chef experience, full stocked bath and washer, and dryer with supplies.

Perfect for relaxation, event traveling, a romantic weekend, family/friend adventures, business travelers and a unique place to crash for the night and keep the driving going.

We loved staying in this lovely little house. Perfect for our little family of 3 for our birthday and Fathers Day celebration. Super close to the zoo and the outdoor activities here in Omaha. There are several close public pools here too which are very affordable to visit as well. The food choices were amazing and we got to enjoy some Missouri favorites as well (Hawaiian Bros) If we come back this way we will definitely see if this property is available!

Cute little spot close to everything! Quiet and safe neighborhood with all the amenities needed. Maybe a full length mirror somewhere for the fit before stepping out on the town! Overall great stay!

We loved our stay at the tiny house, from the moment we pulled up we were welcomed by the matching pictures from the listing. We were able to easily access the door lock and the host communicated quickly back regarding the wi-fi as I didn’t notice the password for it was on the shelf. My 5 year old daughter was disappointed by the hammock pictured in the listing wasn’t there but the host said that it has been removed. We all loved the loft up the winding stair, just use the blanket over the railing at the top to block the street light at night and the morning sun. Super Happy with our stay, thank you!!

The tiny house is such a great place to stay for any trip to Omaha. It's perfectly located to be convenient no matter where you're going. I've stayed with both my spouse and now a group of friends and we've all loved it. I hope to continue to visit for my future trips to Omaha!

Super clean and new finishes and nice looking. But can't give 5 stars, even 4 is a bit generous. I struggled to sleep due to noise.... Noise from appliances. The ceiling fan is terrible, loud vibration. Probably need a new one. Had to turn that off which led to loft heating up. And there was clicking noises from something that were not loud but loud enough to annoy me. Pluses: comfy bed, sheets, pillows. Nice and big fridge. Nice sink. Oh yeah: it's a little hazardous. I tripped on the step in the living room twice. And I was afraid I would hit my head on the staircase even though I didn't.

This property is exactly as listed. Although smaller, there was plenty of room to move. The property had everything we needed to make our short stay comfortable. It was located in a nice neighborhood and a short drive to the zoo and restaurants.

This home is conveniently located near many great eateries, grocery stores, entertainment and midtown, but is also in a quiet, well-established neighborhood. The "tinyhouse" was clean and well stocked and surprisingly spacious. The loft bedroom was beautifully lit and comfortable with a very private feel. The spiral staircase added an interesting flair! The entire home was cozy. It was a nice evening when we stayed so we sat with lawn chairs on the front lawn. The property manager was quick to respond and easy to work with. Overall would highly recommend this property !
