"まず清潔感について。 2つある寝室のうち1つ(1F奥の部屋)は掛け布団、敷き布団ともにずぶ濡れ。無色無臭だったので水かな？と思いますが、気味悪くて使えず2Fの畳部屋に布団を敷いて寝ました。また、朝起床時にカーテンを開けようとして気づきましたが、カーテンが窓に挟まったままだったのも何やら不快でした。 次にアメニティについて。 ほとんどのアメニティは人数分揃っていましたが、歯ブラシだけはなぜか1つだけ。アメニティがある前提で泊まりに来ていたのですが、歯磨きをせずに寝るわけにはいかないので、近所のコンビニまで買いに走ることに。。 Rakuten Stayの利用は今回で3度目で、今回のように不備が続出するのは初めてだったので驚きました。単なるミス、というレベルではなく悪質な手抜きを疑われるレベルなので、清掃代行業者に依頼しているのであれば、変更した方が良いかもしれません。"

"We had a great stay with our family. The amenities are excellent and guest’s comfort are well thought off. The only setback is communication with non-Japanese speaking guests and check in using the tablet can be tedious. Other than that we had an excellent time and looking forward to book again."
