“The room was small but clean and comfortable. The basin was very small and the shower difficult to access but there was plenty of hot water. The microwave was too high for me to reach! There were very limited utensils in the kitchen and only a small benchtop oven. We enjoyed our stay and will know better what to expect in future.”

“Property was great, the management company looking after it not so much. My check in was at 3pm. I had not received any Checkin instructions by then. I sent sms, called, send them messages in bookabachs messaging system from 2.30pm onwards. I must’ve called a few times, sent several messages but no reply whatsoever. Calling their number went direct to voicemail every time. I left messages and nothing. Then I spent the next 2 hours on the call with Bookabach support who tried to get in touch with……

The space itself is lovely, warm and really feels comfortable for everyone from our 3 year old to the older adults!
