Cadre idyllique pour une semaine de vacances avec un accès direct à l'étang, un environnement assez calme (petite ville mais avec la proximité immédiate d'une grande surface).La maison et ses extérieurs sont parfaits pour être en grand nombre sans se marcher dessus. Toutefois, à noter pas mal de marches dans le jardin et l'escalier intérieurs assez pentu (notamment pour les jeunes enfants).La maison est relativement fraîche (y compris lors des chaleurs estivales) à l'exception des chambres du dernier étage qui ont eu du mal à se rafraîchir.Enfin la disponibilité des propriétaires et de Kathleen nous ont permis de régler quelques couacs rapidement au cours du séjour.

Grand et charmant gîte en bord de rivière

Nous avons réservé ce gîte avec des amis pour se retrouver tous ensemble (16 personnes) durant 2 jours. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir réservé ce gîte qui est grand, accueillant, fonctionnel, avec beaucoup de charme et un très grand et beau jardin ! Le cadre était très apaisant et permet de faire une pause durant quelques jours avec des amis ou de la famille. De plus, tout est prévu pour nous faciliter les démarches (remise des clefs, explications des installations, départ, etc).

Magnifique propriété

Nous avons passé 3 journées dans un cadre idyllique et bucolique. Maison ancienne très bien décorée, jardin exceptionnel, étagé, au bord d'un étang. Nombreuses activités sur place. Dénivelé très important, de nombreux escaliers pour atteindre la partie inférieure du jardin ce qui nécessite d'être valide et en forme! La propriétaire est accueillante et très joignable.

Propriété de rêve pour des retrouvailles familiales

Pour notre 1ère réunion de famille post-confinements, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la location de Florence. Aucun point négatif, même le temps maussade a été compensé par la situation, la décoration et les équipements exceptionnels de cette propriété dans laquelle on se sent "chez soi" dès l’arrivée. La configuration des lieux (7 belles chambres doubles, grand séjour, immense jardin avec vue sur l’étang, plusieurs terrasses extérieures, bignon, 2 piscines, jacuzzi, salle de sport) nous ont permis de passer un merveilleux week-end tous ensemble (13 adultes) tout en offrant la possibilité à ceux qui le souhaitent d’avoir des moments plus intimes. La propriété est parfaitement entretenue, la propreté nickel. L’hôte est très disponible et réactif, le système de boîte à clés très pratique. Une adresse rare et précieuse, merci Florence !

Au centre ville du village, maison de caractère, spacieuse, charmante et bien équipée. Entre amis avec des entants, toute la troupe était enchantée du séjour. Le spa est un vrai plus ! On recommande !

The house is very interesting and quirky with lots of interesting features inside and plenty of steps!! The lake was enjoyed by a couple of avid fishermen and good for Kayaking and paddle boarding. Lovely village and surrounding area. Would recommend for a couple of families as plenty of space inside and out.

lovely house in beautiful setting

Very interesting house in a nice, small French town. Really enjoyed the house, garden and surrounding area. Highly recommended for a family as the lake has boats, kayaks and an aquapark. House is lovely inside with nice, interesting antiques. However, a lot of steps so not suitable for anyone who is not very mobile!

Formidables vacances en famille

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette très belle maison . La maison est très grande et c'est très agréable pour profiter des amis et de la famille. S' asseoir a table près de la lavandiere au bord de l'etang devant un coucher de soleil est vraiment un moment magique... ou partager un moment bien être entre le jaccuzi et la piscine. Nous avons découvert aussi cette très belle région avec des ballades a st Malo ou bien Nantes. Les propriétaires sont aussi très sympathiques. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.
