“The view out the window was unattractive. The center court had trash from the apartments above. Other than the bathroom sink stopper sticking shut, the room was clean and adequate. Pretty "shady" characters on adjacent streets, especially in the evening. Nonetheless, the location was very convenient. I would stay at ERMASS again”

The hotel was very nice, and the cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the A.C automatically turned off, and you had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it back on, which sometimes made you feel hot.”

“The non-lux rooms are very tight, one can barely fit between the tv and the bed. Staff is EXCELLENT but this place is only good for a single romantic jacuzzi night, or a single solo traveler. It doesn't really fit two people on vacation. Has luxury amenities, plush towels, nice soaps, but misses the basics, like a place to hang towels, bathroom door doesn't close ( and light comes trough, so your partner wakes you up if using the restroom), had only 2 hangers for jackets, no raiser for……
