“Sitting on the front porch and relaxing was a real treat. The breakfast was delicious. The host said it would be better if Expedia provided him with contact information for the guests, so I am passing that along.”

“Charming hotel, however the room we were in was extremely old and it had stated the rooms have been updated. You can hear almost everything in the lobby and people walking up the stairs if you are on the second floor.”

“Hotel was under construction. Pool was closed (green & not working). Room smelled like mildew. Boardwalk does NOT look like photos. There are few shops and dilapidated.”

“The bathtub was rusted, room was dusty, parking garage elevator was broken and apparently has been for a long time so you have to walk down the stairs if you need to park on the upper levels. Parts of the hotel did not have ventilation so there was no a/c blowing in the middle of summer .”

“If you don't mind older hotels with old carpet and not so perfect maintenance. This is the hotel for you. If you like barely any water pressure this place is also for you. Not so good smell in the whole hotel. Great price for what you get.”

“I like the parking convenience and Casino convenience. I was disappointed that our room wasn’t cleaned and no clean towels automatically given. We were told the rooms are cleaned until our stay, this is the first time that had happened to us. We asked for cleaned towels, waited two hours and had go back to the front desk to request them again. The extensions on the room phone didn’t work, we couldn’t contact front desk, housekeeping nor room service.”

“The room was super humid despite setting the AC on 68, very uncomfortable. The TV worked poorly though staff put in a good effort to try to make it work properly. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH? Location was nothing special, but was surprisingly quiet given close proximity to a major highway. Breakfast was typical of this type of lodging...reasonably good. Good coffee! Cheerful staff!”

“In the middle of plenty of food stores and shopping areas, many are within walking distance.”

“Everything was okay except our blow dryer didn’t work and what sense does it make to open the pool at 10am if checkout if it 11am. That is totally ridiculous and unfair. You should consider all sides and possibly move the swim time up to 8am or 9am.”

“This was NOT a good stay! The website was down to check in. The lady at the front desk was rude and left me on hold for someone else to assist me. The keys did not work to get in the building. Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!! I called to get more towels, the whole day went by and I got nothing. I had to find housekeepers in order to get my own towels. The staff (some of them) was……

“We have stayed at this property many times over the last several years, this was not the best experience we have had. While the front staff was friendly and kind, there were several issues. First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. There was paint on the floor in the bathroom, the kitchen table was wobbly, the bedroom doors could not be shut all the way or you would get stuck in them as they were so tight, the TV in the second……
