Got photo's only to findout I was on the top floor with 3 flights of stairs . *No personal check in ALL done on line. * The area is ( quote by a taxi driver a bit dodgy although I found the people in the area to be very helpful & nice people. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN ,OVER PRICED & NO PERSONAL SERVICE AT ALL ."

"The hotel is lovely. The staff helped us with our bags, checked us in and were friendly and nice the whole stay. The hotel is gorgeous and room was lovely. Cleaned and. Spacious. We enjoyed the terrace restaurant one night and so nice outside with drinks. Breakfast was nice and the staff let my younger daughter get a quick to go breakfast for our train ride one morning early. They helped us get a taxi as well. Highly recommend. All amenities and hotel along with service were wonderful"
