“The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point.”

“We stayed during SU graduation and the staff could not have been more accommodating! They were incredibly helpful when we thought there was an error with the reservation and they did everything they could to make sure we had the rooms we booked. There were waters and snacks and decor that was so nice. We needed a late check out and the staff was so great when I called from the commencent ceremony and said we would be late. We highly recommend this property and would stay again if we are in……

“I stayed in a renovated unit which I appreciated. Everything was clean and in its own place. My only issue was the roach that came out at night. The property is technically near some woods and they’re renovating the property so the roach could’ve came from a multitude of places. I only saw one so I killed it. And I was only in the hotel for less than 10 hours due to a really early flight in the morning. But front desk was super nice, I slept really well, and everything was clean as far as I……

“Pet friendly, but rooms were dirty, bathroom was dirty and still had hair from previous tenants, tub wouldn't drain, beds had stuff in them. We were here for a couple weeks so we bought a Swiffer and our own sheets. Housekeeping didn't come in once in the two weeks we were there, not to empty trash or refill toilet paper. We rented the room, and that's the max of what you got.”
