Pioneer Cottage - This immaculate 1 bedroom cottage has a proven track record for pleasing baseball parents. Check out the reviews!!! Pioneer Cottage enjoys a quiet location combined with all of the conveniences of home - and it is only about 5 minutes from All Star Village. It is perfect for a family of 2 - 4. It is located on a quiet residential street across from Hartwick College and is very close to the State College at Oneonta. This welcoming cottage is very convenient to Oneonta Main Street shops & dining.

There is a delightful patio area in the rear, for private outdoor dining and relaxing. It comes with all of the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. Your host pays attention to every detail. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen and a washer / dryer.

There are 2 TVs - one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Off-street parking available.

Charming cottage perfect for parents with kids playing at ASV, which was less than 8 minutes away. Great communication with owner throughout the entire process from booking to check out. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Baseball tournament

We booked this place while our son played at Dreams Park. It is a good 25 minutes from the park. The house was wonderful and full of character. The hostess went above and beyond to make sure we were welcomed and comfy with extra amenities and toiletries in baskets. The only bedroom is up a flight of stairs. This could be an issue for some especially given the age of the house. The staircase is steep and the rail is very low. The bathroom is on the main level at the back of the house so if you need to use it in the middle of the night you have to go downstairs and through the entire house to get to it. Not an issue for us but could be a problem for some. The laundry room is in the basement which only has an outdoor access and requires you to go down some steps to get around to the back of the house where the door is located. This was a little bit of a pain since we would get back to the house later in the evening after dark. We didn't feel comfortable trying to go down to the laundry area in the dark let alone leave our clothes in the machines since the door did not lock. The machines themselves were very nice and clean and laundry supplies were provided. We enjoyed this property!

Perfect Little Cottage

We had an amazing stay at Pioneer Cottage while our son played at Cooperstown All-Star Village. The listing was exactly as portrayed online. The cottage was super clean with many high end additions. Twice we watched deer meander through the property super close to the house. Barb was very accommodating and communicated with us throughout our stay. If we are back in the area we will definitely be reaching out to stay here again.

Cutest cottage and Great location for Allstar village

My husband and I stayed her for 6 nights while our son played at Cooperstown Allstar village. Barbara the host was great, check in was easy and every little thing we needed (or forgot to bring) was provided. The cottage was adorable and super clean. I cannot say enough great things about this beautiful cottage. Thank you Barbara and Family!
