“Room is ok. View is ok. breakfast is no change.”

“I was asked if I wanted red or white wine upon check in, later on when I didn’t receive any in the room, I told one of the front desk members about it and he assured me that they would send one up. By the time I checked out I still had not received the free bottle of wine that supposedly came with the reservation. Disappointed. ”

“Everything is fine except a bit noisy in the night time resulting from tour group checking in. Our room was assigned to the lowest level (3rd floor) may be part of the reasons. ”
