"The bed and the pillows were worn out junk. The TV didn't work. The shower / tub was stained and look nasty. I suggested that they would take a Mr Clean eraser and do something with the tub. I left and when I came back I expected to see new sheets and towels and that's not what I got. I had to ask ..."
