“The host failed to ensure that I received my check-in instructions prior to my stay. I arrived at midnight and was unable to access the room. I sat in the hallway for an hour while the vrbo customer service team tried at least 3 different times to get a hold of the host. Ultimately I was unable to access the rental unit and had to find other accommodations at 1 in the morning. This was after I spent 10 hours driving and was utterly exhausted.”

“The place was very clean had all the amenities you could need was a wonderful spacious stay for me and my dog. I loved that It had quite a larger yard than I expected. It had a nice neighborhoods that was super upscale to walk around. I felt super safe staying there and it was kind of tucked in close to all the restaurants that you could need and I was super close to my training. It was a lovely stay.
