About Your Host

I live upstairs with my friendly mini Aussie, Cubear (don’t worry — we have separate entrances). You’ll have full privacy, but I’m close by if you need anything during your stay.
You’re welcome to use the side yard by your entrance for a little outdoor time or morning coffee.

(Please note: Adults only or children over 12 with adult supervision) All pets must be approved before booking due to insurance requirements.)

Not really worth it

Listing isn't accurate for the amenities. No kitchen and the bathroom isn't really a bathroom. I booked to be able to cook to save money but had to order out every day

Nice, cozy stay

My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed for four nights while visiting my son who is incarcerated at SRCI. It is a nice place to come to rest and is only a few minutes away from the prison. Also it is close to Walmart and other grocery stores. It is not fancy but is clean and comfortable. The host works really hard to make sure your stay is a positive experience. Cozy really does describe this place. It was below freezing outside but the heater works very well and there were plenty of extra blankets so we were plenty warm. I am hoping that we can book this place the next time we visit.

Misrepresentation

It's true, it is cozy. The problem being maybe too cozy. The toilet and the shower share what's best described as a water closet. The beds were uneven, you couldn't open a window, and the wifi would never connect. The host was very nice but also was removing laundry from the room. The only sink also serves as the drain for the washing machine, which is your only access to water. The odor was strong. The pillow cases didnt over the full pillow. Chapstick under the table along with plastic tags on the dresser. Just not ready. Newly remodeled but not ready. Should show pics of bathroom and rooms to better prepeare folks.

It's a great location. It's a cozy little place that is budget friendly. It is close to several coffee shops. And a park not far from there to let my dog run and play. I would stay there again.

It will do

We stayed 6 days over the holidays. The 2 chairs in the living room are very worn out and uncomfortable. The heat was really, really hard to adjust, and the bathroom is a little odd, with only a shower door, instead of a regular door. Also, no sink in the bathroom. You have to use the laundry sink for everything. Otherwise it was okay for a place to stay while visiting family.

It's a cozy little place!

I enjoyed my stay here:) Here are some minor things people may want to know. The bathroom is really small with the toilet and shower separated by a shower curtain and the sink being in the living room.(people over 6ft or people bigger in the waist may have troubles showering, in 5'11 and it wasn't the best experience trying to shower) The fridge is a mini fridge so don't expect to be able hold a lot of refrigerated foods. Other than those small details everything was good👌

Great owner cute little place

I stayed for a month. The owner was always available for anything requested. Very nice and worth the price. Only downfall is the shower is very small and the ceiling is low if you are tall like myself. Other than that great place. Everything like home!!
