Cute but disappointed
We choose this property because we had 3 couples staying here and that worked out. The property has a few quirks that can be addressed: 1. Need an accurate address and name of the golf course villa. It was very hard to find. 2. There is no oven and one can be rented but not convenient. 3. No directions in English for the furnace and we were trying to turn it down the entire stay. 4. Security light is on dust to dawn and is right next to the bedroom. Too hard to block out. 5. House seems like it is for a golf / spa weekend bachelor pad.

Nice building but...
This property was perfect for our large group situation, and the kitchen and living area were very comfortable. We appreciated all having our own bathrooms with each bedroom. HOWEVER, there are a number of things to consider if looking at this property. You must have a car due to its slightly remote location. Nothing in the kitchen is provided. We needed to shop for everything - sugar, coffee, garbage bags, dish soap, etc. There was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, but no soap. We were there on an extended stay, 2 weeks, and a towel service would have been really sensible, perhaps at the 1 week mark, but we had to find a laundromat in Breda and do it oursrlves. There really should be some sort of laundry service on site. The kitchen had a great variety of dishes and serviceware, and plenty of space for preparing meals BUT there was no backsplash behind the stove or sink. Just flat white painted walls. Not very practical for cooking and cleaning purposes. The bedrooms were very comfortable, but unfortunately we were there during the record-breaking heat wave. There were no fans so we had to go and buy some. Also, there were no screens on the windows, so leaving them open was an invitation to the flies and mosquitos. I recommend putting screens in. So, this place is fine for a short stay if you don't plan to do much cooking or any laundry, but if staying for an extended stay, be aware of all of the above.

Urlaub mit Freunden
Die Lage der Ferienhäuser am Golfplatz war sehr schön. Das Ferienhaus hat eine ausreichende Ausstattung. Die Umgebung hat sehr schöne Fahrradwege und die Städte in der Nähe sind einen Besuch wert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Bergvliet Villa
Ruhige wunderschöne Gegend in der Natur. In den Unterlagen von den Bergvliet Villas sollte man in unmittelbarer Nähe Fahrräder mieten können, was leider nicht stimmte. Der Campingplatz in der Nähe verleiht keine Fahrräder seit 2 Jahren keine mehr ! Das Unternehmen sollte diese Info aus Ihren Prospekten und Unterlagen nehmen. Sinnvoll wäre auch eine Kaffeemaschine in den Häusern. Hatten nur eine Kapselmaschinen. Die oberen Räume bei hohen Temperaturen (25 bis 30 Grad) sehr warm. Sinnvoll wären noch zwei Liegestühle für Terasse, Garten anzuschaffen.

Schönes, geräumige Haus. Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, sehr sauber. Kamin im Außenbereich, was möchte man mehr. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Es ist sehr gut gelegen. Man kann innerhalb von 1-2 Stunden mit dem Auto alle Großstädte in Holland und Belgien erreichen. Wir haben von dort aus Tagesausflüge in die Städte unternommen.
