「I was asking a taxi from the hotel to airport. They offered me to take the hotel transfer which cost me 10Usd. As everyone know, the stardard rate for a taxi from airport to town cost only 7usd, so i ask if they can help me to book a taxi. The reception staff ask me to look for a taxi number MySELF and they help me call. WHAT!? Is it possible a five star hotel not having a taxi company number ? Tell your boss it's not the correct way to do business which make your guest feel uncomfortable...

「The hotel is new but service is already in place. All are clean and well prepared. Breakfast list has enough choice and it is delicious. All staff are very helpful and we received a very warm welcome from the GM who has done a very good job. 」

I found it odd that the table surfaces were not as clean as they should have been given the amount of labor standing around. Very nice experience regardless. 」

「The front desk personnel were very friendly and efficient. Also, the room was clean, well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast buffet had a great selection of local and western dishes and featured delicious fruits. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Good, clean hotel. Smallish rooms, but really clean (esp bathroom). Good bed. Out of the center by a little, but it's only really a 10 min walk to the night market. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was basic (a choice of five set things, no buffet or anything) but good.」
