Overcharged for Chef services

Overall, the property was an excellent choice. It was clean, the resident managers were readily available and very friendly. It was comfortable for 7 of us. We used the cottage as well. This property is advertised as coming with chef services. The person who cooked meals was the property helper and he had limited resources. There was no CHEF on staff. The board in the dining room indicated charges of 1000 rupees a day for over 5-9 guests. We were overcharged (in dollars) and when I sent a text to the property management company about what happens if we decided not to eat at the home for several meals , will our charges be reimbursed, I never received a response. We only ate at home a few days as we were traveling most of the time. This is a good property to stay in but beware of chef charges - make arrangements for your meals or better yet, do not pay upfront - pay the house helper/resident manager onsite based on usage.
