We were tired after a long day of travelling, the bed was the most comfortable so far in our travels in India. We had a great nights sleep. Service was good including giving us a light breakfast at 6 am. Dinner was good also.

The one that attracted me is their cleanliness and friendly staff. The customer service is excellent. The vicinity is beautiful and easily accessible from city. Must stay. Decent price. They have dine in restaurant also.

Not a hotel - Not recommended for families

First of all, this is not a hotel. It is a shared accommodation with independent bathrooms in each room. The rooms are very small and not clean. Washrooms were stinking and when we asked for proper cleaning, we were provided with room spray. Lot of flies in the rooms co-living with you. Kettle was not working and we even had power issues where the power sockets were not working for multiple hours. Food (breakfast) was too good and the service was nice. There is no dedicated parking facility for all guests. When there are more cars, you need to park it on the road and driver have to sleep in that.

Good staff and service

We arrived early and were accommodated with early check-in and breakfast. The room was clean and modern. The exhaust fan seemed like not working. The room felt stuffy without ventilation, fan or AC. We ate at the hotel but the food was very spicy (chilly) for us. Restaurants and transport were farther away. We took the car of the hotel and had a very good time nearby Ooty. We were disappointed with the traffic and pollution in the city. So the location of the hotel is good that way. We were a bit disappointed on our last day of the trip because their driver brought us back from Avalanchi without asking us and without stopping at view points so that they could fix the car (with no urgent repairs). But they did leave the car with us until our departure from Ooty. We liked the staff as they were friendly, helpful and their service was good.
