Good and comfortable stayed

Good stay only drawback is they have very limited breakfast varieties. Premium rooms are far more superior than ordinary rooms, overall cool and comfortable place

Perfect stay without good food

Place is good for stay but the food and service is not good.they have a fixed menu which was followed every day.you have to wait a lot till the order is served.room service is very poor.in room dining is not available.

Not good, needs lot of improvement

No value for money, have to pay the room charges upfront. The room was not tidy and the bed sheets were dirty.. wi for was not working Toilet paper not provided unless asked for . Does not deserve 4 * rating. House cleaning needs lots of improvement

My Point of view.

All was good. Only the room amenities were not good, bathroom shower was broken, TV remote was not working. hotel staff were really good, food was awesome. and the view was amazing.

Stay somewhere else... No Wifi

Free Wifi never worked during my stay. I would not recommend to stay here. Breakfast was horrible. The bed was old and not comfortable.

Good location of hotel with scenic view

The stay was mostly good barring a few things. 1. Food was really great and service in restaurant was above average. 2. Whole staff was very humble and helpful. 3. Location of the hotel is very good. Near to market and centrally located to all the tourist visiting places. 4. Bonfire place within the room was a good concept and we really enjoyed it. 5. The garden within the resort premises were good and maintained. Not so good things. 1. Tea / Coffee served in room was brought in steel container which doesn't keep the drinks hot by the time it reaches the room. 2. There were no mirrors in the room, every time you have to make a visit to bathroom door. 3. The timing for hot water should be conveyed on the booking confirmation call. Though they provided it in bucket up on request. 4. Bed linen were not clean and looks like previously used. 5. Bathroom door seems to be stuck and needs hard push to open / close.

Good budget hotel

The location is good, just close to the main ooty town. View from the hotel is awesome. Garden area was very good. Room where spacious, just the main door lock was not functional. Room service can be better.

Needs a makeover

The first day they provided us room which was in pathetic condition (The wall had seepage,the room was smelling and the bathroom had leakage problem). After expressing our displeasue regarding the quality of room they shifted us to an another room. The other room was comparatively better but Internet was working. They provided Internet the day before checkout. On the positive side the employees behaviour was was very good and they served us very well,the breakfast was good

We had to wait almost 2 hours before we could check in the rooms, reason was that rooms were getting cleaned. Inspite of booking the rooms 1 week in advance and informing hotel staffs that we will reach there at 12 noon which is their check in time also, we had to wait for almost 2 hours to actually get inside the rooms.
