Erholsam mit tollem Ausblick

Einfach und wirklich schön eingerichtete, renovierte Wohnung mit schönem Blick auf das Meer. Für uns zentral genug an der Stadt gelegen. Super Service vor Ort!

super schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir (3 Erwachsene) waren vom 24. - 31. August 2013 in der Ferienwohnung Jato untergebracht. Die FW hat das gehalten, was in der Beschreibung versprochen wurde. Enfach nur traumhaft schön. Sowohl vom Wohnzimmer, als auch vom Schlafzimmer hat man einen genialen Ausblick auf das Meer. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man/frau so braucht. Die FW war sehr sauber und auch sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das einzige Manko war, dass es in der ganzen Wohnung leider keinen Spiegel (außer im Bad und das nur ein kleiner) gab! Die Betreuung vor Ort war durch Herrn O. sehr professionell und freundlich! Die FW liegt äußerst zentral, wenn man die gezählten 240 Stufen bewältigt hat, ist man direkt auf der Promenade von Opatija! Ich kann die FW mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter emfpehlen!

wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Wir sind zum Anfang der Sommerferien angereist und wurden direkt super freundlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist dazu auch noch sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, hier hat man wirklich aufs Detail geachtet. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und die notwendigsten Küchenutensilien waren vorhanden. Natürlich war bei der Anreise auch alles sauber. 200 Stufen nach unten bringen einen an die Promenade von Opatija, wo sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Strände befinden. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant "Ruzmarin" und der Strandclub "Tantra" in Opatija, sowie der Beach Club "Hemingway" 10 Minuten Autofahrt südlich von Opatija. Viele Tipps haben wir auch von der Vermieterin bekommen, die stets sehr aufmerksam und freundlich war. Von der Wohnung aus hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Stadt, der auch nachts viel verspricht. Auch die Klimaanlage hat uns oft von der warmen Sonne Kroatiens ein bisschen Abstand geschenkt. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und würden diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder besuchen.

Sehr weiter zu empfehlen

Für sportlich ambitionierte Urlauber (ca. 200 Stufen ins Zentrum) ist die Wohnung ein Juwel mit einem unschlagbaren Blick auf die Kvarner Bucht. Wir haben uns in der modern eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Traumhafter Spontanurlaub Opatija

Bereits mehr zum Ende des Sommers verbrachten wir ganz spontan eine Woche im Ferienhaus Kaki, das uns empfohlen wurde. Unsere Ferienwohnung war super eingerichtet, in der gemütlichen Küche alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen und Essen braucht und die ganze Wohnung wirklich top sauber und geräumig. Im Wohnzimmer starrte mein Mann sogar mehr auf die große Fensterfront als auf den Fernseher (was fast ein Wunder ist), denn die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist traumhaft schön. Da das Haus etwas höher gelegen ist, schaut man direkt auf die Bucht herunter, was vor allem Abends, wenn unten die Lichter alle leuchten (von den Schiffen auf dem Meer, der Gastronomie am Strand usw.) etwas total Magisches/Romantisches hat. Zum Strand geht man denn auch einige Stufen herunter, was ja gut für die Fitness ist. Wir hatten richtig Glück mit dem Wetter, jeden Tag Sonne und ich konnte noch im Meer schwimmen, obwohl ich sonst eine "Frostbeule" bin. Direkt am Strand gibt es genug und unterschiedliche Gastronomie, um Leib und Seele zu stärken und in unmittelbarer Nähe auch etliche Geschäfte für Kleidung, Kosmetik usw. Von der Eigentümerin, bekamen wir so manchen wertvollen (Insider-) Tip für gute Restaurants in der Nähe, was sich zu besichtigen lohnt und wo man was am Besten kauft. Uns persönlich hat der sehr nahe gelegene Park Angiolina mit am Besten gefallen, aber auch Konzerte im Freien, direkt am Strand abends waren wunderschön und sehen- und Hörenswert. Allerdings verbrachten wir auch einige Abende völlig ungeplant "zu Hause" weil man sich dort so wohl fühlte und trotz der Nähe zum Strand immer Ruhe hatte. Oft nutzten wir auch den Pavillion im riesigen Garten zum Relaxen, wo man geschützt unter Pflanzen und in gemütlichen Korbsesseln die Aussicht voll genießen konnte. Bei Fragen oder Problemen (selbst bei abgebrochenen Fingernägeln) hatte man in der Vermieterin stets eine freundliche, immer ansprechbare Beraterin. Wir werden ganz sicher noch viele weitere Urlaube zu unterschiedlichen Jahreszeiten dort verbringen und haben auch unsere restliche Familie bereits "infiziert". Die ersten haben schon selbst spontan gebucht. Erika und Rainer
