Breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly. Only bad thing was that the Blackout curtains did not go all the way to the end of the window, so sunlight came into the room. Temperature was also a bit uneven for the room.

The view is beautiful and the room is clean but a bit on the small side, also the lighting is quite dim. The staff are all very friendly and very helpful. They helped us to unload our luggage and brought to the room. On first night, there was a big party went on until 2:30 in the morning, we did complain but nothing they could do. However we did have a room service for breakfast the next day which was very nice. The breakfast is very good, freshly cooked egg dishes of your choice with plenty of other choice.

The property overlooks a small bay where it is deep but safe to swim. The rooms overlook this bay so it is nice and quiet to sleep. The staff were all very helpful and it seems that everyone in Croatia speaks very good English.

The hotel is called luxury but it has nothing to do with Luxury at all. Simple boutique hotel with pretty old renovation and cheep materials. But the breakfast is very good, not big menu but tasty little dishes. Little beach is nice. Personell are trying their best, polite and respectful but again too far from 5 stars service and luxury. A short stay was good but not worth it’s money.

Un très bon moment passé à Opatija

De façon général, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'emplacement de l'hôtel ainsi que le petit déjeuner sont les principaux atouts de cet établissement. Le petit déjeuner pris le matin sur la terrasse etaient vraiment de très grande qualité! Les chambres donnent une vue imprenable sur la mer sans vis à vis sur les voisins. En revanche, les chambres ne sont pas a la hauteur d'un 5* et surtout la salle de bain plutôt digne d'un 3*. Un coup de rafraîchissement serait à prévoir également dans les parties communes. Il est également dommage que les clients mal disciplinés se réservent les transats dès le reveil et surtout laissent des extérieurs dans des états déplorables (il s'agit d'un vrai manque de savoir vivre des touristes malheureusement qui laissent leurs mégots, verres vides, déchets sur les terrasses). Les serviettes laissées toute la journée sur les transats devraient être ramassées régulièrement afin d'offrir aux autres clients la possibilité de profiter de ce service. La restauration du soir était très bien avec des plats de bonne qualité et un service fort sympathique. Alors oui le séjour a été très agréable mais ponctué de quelques points à revoir lorsque l'on réserve un hôtel 5* à ce prix là.

Die Lage mit Blick aufs Meer und die Felsen ist atemberaubend schön. Besonderheit: Direkter Zugang zum Meer. Sowohl die Liegen auf dem Steg, als auch die Liegen oberhalb am Pool Bereich bieten eine tolle Aussicht. Natürlich ist die erste Reihe der Liegen am Vorteilhaftesten, da sie einen direkten Blick aufs Meer bieten. Sehr zuvorkommendes, professionelles und hilfsbereites Team mit einem persönlichen und freundlichen Touch. Das Frühstück war Qualitiv sehr gut, alles war frisch zubereitet (toller, selbst gebackener Apfelkuchen), eine übersichtliche und gerade deshalb sehr gute Auswahl für jeden und ein zusätzliches a la carte Menü. Ich empfand das Personal beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksam, da regelmäßig abgeräumt wurde und auch immer nach offen Wünschen gefragt wurde. Das Fitnessstudio war mit guten und modernen Geräten ausgestattet! Das Einizige, was ich auch als nicht so schön empfunden habe war, dass einige Gäste sich die Liegen auf dem Steg schon um vor 7 Uhr reserviert haben und teilweise erst am Nachmittag überhaupt dorthin gekommen sind. Eine separate Umkleide im Spa wäre toll gewesen;-) Rundum ein toller Urlaub in der einzigartig gelegenen Bucht mit einem stylische Hotel, was in die Natur und die Felsen integriert ist.
