Sehr schön! Ein tolles Haus mit sehr netten Vermietern. Ruhige Gegend, wenige Minuten zum Meer und in die Stadt. Die Sauberkeit ist besonders hervorzuheben. Einfach ankommen und wohlfühlen.

Positive Eindrücke

Wir waren äußerst zufrieden, die Anlage ist sehr schön und sauber. Vor allem waren wir von der Vielzahl an Pflanzen, dem Swimming-Pool und der Außenküche mit überdachten Sitzplätzen begeistert. Die beiden Besitzer sind sehr und zuvorkommend. Auf jedes Anliegen wurde sofort reagiert. Zusammenfassend ein toller Urlaub und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Alles perfekt

Das war mal ein schöner Urlaub. Alles war perfekt. Ein schönes Haus mit grosser Terrasse und Pool. Die drei Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer mit viel Geschmack möbliert und der Garten ein Traum. Aus einer grossen Stadt kommend haben wir auch die - noch - naturbelassene Umgebung und die Stille genossen. Das Gastgeberpaar ist rücksichtsvoll und freundlich und der Hausmeister jederzeit bereit, um zu helfen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Perfect summer holiday with my little family

The house is beautiful, Very clean and tastefully decorated. The garden is Beautiful with big variations of plants and trees. The kids loved the big and clean pool and spend ours enjoying it. Ein traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber.Man fühlte sich sofort wie zuhause.Was wir auch sehr geschätzt haben , dass ist die Ruhe, wunderschöne Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustür. Die Vermieter und der Hausmeister haben sofort auf alle unsere Fragen reagiert, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen, unser Urlaub war unbeschreiblich schön. wunderschöner Urlaub in Poljane

Entspannter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Eine fantastische Anlage in einem Top Zustand, sehr sauber. Die Zimmer, Bäder und Küche sind sehr geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Außenanlage ist ebenfalls sehr schön mit einem herrlichen Pool und tollen Meerblick. Parkplätze sind auf dem Gelände vorhanden. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der schöne Strand sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Viele kleinen wunderschönen Buchten, die nach kurzer Fahrzeit erreichbar sind, runden das Ganze ab. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Eine fantastische Anlage in einem Top Zustand, sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr schöne Außenanlage mit einem großen Pool, Parkplätze sind auf dem Gelände vorhanden. Allgemein sehr schöne Lage mit einem herrlichen Meerblick, in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Strand ist ebenfalls in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Eine traumhafte Perle an Istriens Riviera - idealer Ruhepool zum entspannen

Wir (Eltern mit zwei Kindern (13, 15) samt Schwiegermutter waren restos begeistert. Das riesige Haus ist äußert geschmackvoll und großzügig eingerichtet. Es bietet Platz und Erholung für jeden, Ruhe, Abgescheidenheit - wir habe zwei unvergessliche SpätsomerWochen (01.10. - 13.10.18) verbracht und würden immer wieder kommen. Vielen Dank, liebe Familie Huttenlocher für die Gastfreundschaft, das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen und die schöne Zeit, die wir in Ihrem Haus verbringen durften.

Perfect summer holiday with family!

Location is perfect, if you don't mind to drive. This lovely house is a few minutes drive from Opatija and Lovran as well. The surrounding is quiet and calm, with a gorgeous view of the see. The apartment is great! You have all what you need (we traveled with a 5 month-old baby and all what we missed was a microwave, but otherwise you easily survive without a microwave). The apartment is spacious, all bedrooms are well equipped, and the whole apartment was very clean. We were extremely satisfied with conditions. There is a parking place for the car in the garden in front of the house. The pool is great and clean - kids loved it! Artur and Nelly are great hosts, they are kind and always there to help, if needed, otherwise we felt ourselves like we were at home. Thanks to Artur and Nelly for the great time we had!

Eine Oase

Das Haus liegt wunderschön auf einer Anhöhe mitten im Grünen mit Ausblick auf das Meer. Es ist sehr gemütlich, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und jedes Zimmer hat seinen eigenen Charme. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir wurden direkt mit einer Schale mit frischem Obst und Gemüse und einer Flasche Wein begrüßt. Die Außenanlage ist eine regelrechte Oase zum Entspannen, Grillen, Baden und Ausblick Genießen. Obatja ist ein wunderschönes Städtchen mit vielen Gassen, alten Villen und netten Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Ebenso bietet der Markt jeden Tag frisches Gemüse, Meeresfrüchte und vieles mehr. Auf der Strandpromenade kann man kilometerweit spazieren. Wir können jedem empfehlen hier Zeit zu verbringen und hoffen, demnächst selbst wieder hier sein zu können.

Oase zum Entspannen

Das Feriendomizil liegt inmitten herrlicher Natur und mit tollem Blick auf die Kvarner Bucht. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet worden und wir haben uns vom ersten Momentan an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Eigentümer tun alles, damit sich die Gäste wohl fühlen. Das ganze Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet, mit Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen, im Wohnbereich wurde eine kleine Bibliothek angelegt. Die Außenanlagen ist wie eine Oase angelegt mit viel Freiraum, kleinen Rückzugsecken, einem genialem Pool und riesiger Terrasse. Von Poljane erreicht man in wenigen Autominuten Icici, Opatija und Lovran. Zu unserem Lieblingsstrand Medveja sind es 15 min Fahrt. In Opatja gibt es einen Markt mit frischem Fisch und eine tolle Uferpromenade mit tollen Restaurants und Läden zum Shoppen. Und in Lovran gibt es eine kleine Altstadt , die auch sehr zu empfehlen ist. Für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage ließen keine Wünsche offen. Das Grundstück ist mit viel Liebe angelegt worden. Ein kleines Beet versorgte uns mit leckerem Gemüse. Das Feriendomizil ist sehr weiter zu empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil

Das neu gebaute Ferienhaus liegt sehr versteckt und inmitten schöner Natur auf einem Hügel über Opatija. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zusammengestellt und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Auch die Küche im Landhausstil bietet alles was man braucht. Der riesige Garten, die große Terasse und der Pool sind wunderschön, so dass man das Haus gar nicht verlassen möchte. Der große feigenbaum direkt an der Toreinfahrt trägt viele Früchte und runter zum Strand sind es nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch nach Opatija sind es wenige Minuten Autofahrt und Opatija ist eine traumhafte kleine Urlaubsstadt. Der alte kleine Markt hat jeden Tag geöffnet, von frischen Meeresfrüchten, die besten Tomaten überhaupt und natürlich alles andere was man braucht findet man dort oder in den umliegenden Läden. Ein ganz toller Bäcker und wirklich viele zauberhafte Cafes und Restaurants bieten einfach sehr viel und man könnte alleine dadurch sehr viel Zeit in Opatija verbringen. Kleine Buchten und klares Wasser machen den Urlaub dort unvergesslich schön.
