The house is located above the small town of Lovran, on the slope of the Ucka mountain, ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. From the entrance on the ground floor you enter the open living and dining room with adjoining hall and bathroom. A staircase leads to the basement, where there are two further bedrooms, one of which has access to the terrace. Outside there is another terrace with sun loungers, parasols and BBQ facilities. Lovran's cityscape is mainly characterized by beautiful Art Nouveau villas and beautiful parks with exotic plants. There are swimming opportunities here, especially along the 12 km long coastal promenade.

Activities nearby: Hiking in the hills around is one of the favorite activities in the area. Highly recommended is the ascent to the 1.400 m high mountain top Vojak, from where you will find a magnificent view to island Krk and even to Italy when the weather is clear. There are a number of other well maintained hiking trails, which are easier to pass. The longest walk leads from Lovran to Opatija.
