Hall and room both had a very strong bleach smell. Bedroom had a burned out lightbulb and front desk told me she didn’t have one. I had to take one out of another one so I would have bedside light to read. Breakfast was acceptable but no Decaf coffee

Fairly priced and clean. Mostly smiles all around from the hotel team. BUT *giggle* Front desk attendant on day one was quite unique and lacked basic professionalism and manners. I didn’t have any special requests at all, but she made me feel like I was a bother and said some rude things… as she cussed at the football game. lol All I could do was giggle a bit. It wasn’t like I was going to have to deal with her again. But it made me sad that the simple interaction could bring down the business.

Would not stay here again! The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is not a staff problem, it is a management problem. Property very grungy, pool out of order. Equipment in the fitness room out of order. Very musty smell in our room. Property needs a lot of maintenance

This was the worst stay I’ve had in years. Linens were stained. They seemed to be washed but had old stains. AC had musty smell later in middle night. Went to take shower in the morning, shower was nasty, so we didn’t use it. I will not stay again.
