"The apartment needs a refurbish. Especially the main bathroom the toilet cistern lid was cracked, hole in the wall and the tiles around the shower waste were missing. there was four of us but only bedding for three, so attention to detail was poor. It was fine for two nights and the location was great"

"Hotel very nicely presented and very conveniently located for exploring Vienna. The room was abit dated and the shower in the bathroom was a tad grimy if looked closely at however this could be because housekeeping was not done everyday as it was to be requested by the guests when desired during their stay which could have result in this level of cleaniness in the bathroom to occur. However could not fault anything else and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice pleasant hotel for their stay in Vienna. Also liked that gluten free bread was available at breakfast "

"We spent 4 nights in a very spacious apartment that had everything we needed. There was a laundry room available for free and Christian our host provided all the information we needed as first time visitors to Austria. Train and Tram were a simple 3 min walk. Overall great experience!"

"We stayed for a total of two nights but If we could have stayed longer we would have! We really enjoyed our stay there - The price and the quality were unbeatable especially during Christmas market time! This is not a super central hotel to go to all the Christmas markets BUT the tram and street cars are so close by that it’s absolutely doable! We enjoyed the fact that it was in a quiet area too. The breakfast in the morning was really good! The room (we had the studio) was absolutely delightful, having everything we needed! We only have goos things to say about this hotel! "
