"The room was clean, the view was beautiful. The "kitchen" had a microwave, mini fridge and sink. Do not assume you'll have a stove or means of doing anything more than microwave cooking. I feel this was misleading. Staff was ok? not terribly responsive. The wifi that was ample at the lobby was non existent in the third floor suites. We only were told "ill make a note of that." Even so - I'd go back. The view is stunning and the suite is beautiful. "

"As always, the Key Cottage is a treat. While there are many things we like about it, the porches are our favorites. Just unplug and spend some quality time enjoying a trip back to a simpler time. The cottage is always meticulously prepared and the host is warmly welcoming. When we tell folks in local establishments where we are staying we frequently get an understanding look of envy. "The location and the view were amazing! Such an abundance of wildlife! Deer, heard a fox, and the birds! Heron, ducks, geese, bluebirds, eagles- and as we were leaving found the eagle nest, next to the house as they came screeching in. Beautiful dark sky for star gazing. The house is good, beds comfy, had all the amenities and supplies. Struggled a bit with the wall heaters ended up using the portable heaters. It was a cold weekend. I agree with the other reviewer that it could use a deep clean, especially floors, corners, baseboards. The deck is a bit wonky, need to be careful with footing. But you cannot beat the location! Would love to visit in the warmer months!"

"The room was never cleaned. There was fecal matter on the toilet. And live and dead roaches on the floor, shower and refrigerator. I went immediately to office to complain and ask for another room. Per A Richard Patel ( female ) she told me they were booked and she can come and clean the room later. I told her if that is your way of cleaning no thanks, so she gave me a bunch of cleaning products and I cleaned myself. Slept with lights on because of the roaches and left the next morning. Got in touch with Expedia and complained. But I was not granted a refund. "
